Over the course of their career contributing to digital content, Basil produced, directed, Managed, supervised and edited content for companies like MasterClass, Awesomeness TV, Def Jam Recordings, and  multiple projects for award winning OTV- Open Television, a nonprofit platform for intersectional television.

Their work has appeared in Vogue, Paper Magazine, and Gay Times Magazine. Basil produced THE COMFORT ZONE, starring Alex MacNicoll (Transparent) & Alexandra Grey (Empire), and also co-wrote and executive produced SAVAGE, a coming-of-age web series. They wrote, produced, and directed LUCID NIGHTMARE, a film that premiered at the Whitney Museum of American Art and MOCA LA in December 2024, followed by screenings in 120 galleries worldwide with support from Visual AIDS and The LA County Arts Council.

Providing meaningful and entertaining experiences to global audiences with integrity and inspiration is a core driving force behind everything they do. 

As a creative and cultural producer they've helped steer and guide scripted and unscripted series, music videos, marketing campaigns, fundraisers, events, and films from inception to success.  

Basil's work ranges from story producing for documentaries to developing and writing full scripted series and films. Always bringing an innovative and clear perspective, often with a flare for the fantastical.
